Pain Ontario is hiring its first Executive Director — a foundational leadership role that will establish governance, secure sustainable funding, and build the partnerships that let us serve the one in five Ontarians living with chronic pain.
This role is a fractional consultancy: 65 hours per month over an 18-month contract, with potential to grow. Compensation is $100 per hour (HST inclusive). The role is remote, with current Ontario residency required.
We are looking for someone strategic and creative, with start-up and scaling experience in healthcare, public systems, or the non-profit sector — and grounded in equity and community-centred leadership.
